Fees and Refund Policy

This policy explains each fee charged by the New Generation Leaders Summit, what it pays for and when it can be refunded. Every payment is processed securely by Stripe.

1. Application fee: non-refundable

The application fee of US $17 is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including unsuccessful applications, withdrawal of applications, visa refusal, or inability to attend the summit.2. Conference fee and Direct Pass

CONFERENCE FEE REFUNDS

The conference fee may be refunded under the following exceptional circumstances:

  1. Cancellation by the Organizers: If the summit is cancelled entirely by the organizing committee and no alternative event or suitable replacement is offered.

  2. Major Event Changes: If the summit is significantly changed in a way that makes participation impossible and the delegate does not accept the proposed alternative arrangements.

  3. Visa Refusal: Delegates whose Thai visa applications are officially refused may qualify for a refund of the conference fee upon submission of valid documentary evidence of visa refusal issued by the relevant Thai embassy or immigration authority. The evidence must be verified by the organizing committee before a refund is approved.

  4. Duplicate Payment: If a delegate accidentally pays the conference fee more than once for the same registration, the duplicate payment will be refunded after verification.

  5. Administrative Error: If a payment is received in error or the organizing committee confirms that the delegate was charged incorrectly.

  6. Other Exceptional Circumstances: Any other refund request may be reviewed individually and approved at the sole discretion of the organizing committee, subject to applicable law.

How to ask for a refund

Please contact us through the official contact form, and include your application reference number (beginning with NGLS). Once your refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment card within 10 working days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process and reflect the refund in your account.
